If you’ve been couponing for a while there is no doubt you’ve heard of the Couponizer. I’ve seen it around and I was curious about the product. So when they sent me one to review I was very interested to check it out!

I was sent a 10th Anniversary Edition Couponizer and a Canvas Mini Tote. The Couponizer came with pair of scissors, a coupon stacker, and a plastic bag for everything to fit in.

The Couponizer is a good system if you’re just starting out couponing or if you haven’t found your own system yet. I did find it a bit hard to adapt to since I have a system in place. But I really like the concept.

This is my favorite part -the coupon stacker. It’s a long fold out strip with different coupon categories. It didn’t have every category I use, and it had some I didn’t use, but that didn’t mean it wasn’t useful. I clipped my coupons and stacked them in their categories. This cut my coupon filing time down to about 30 minutes. Everything was presorted, I just had to break them into the subcategories in my binder.

Organized CouponsAfter your coupons are sorted, filed then it’s time to make your lists. The Couponizer has notepads inside for that. You can list what you’re going for and how much they should cost you. Inside they have pages for each category that coordinates with your stacker. So if you’re heading out for baby products – just file them in the baby page and you’re ready to go! This makes it super easy to take them on the go with you.  The only thing I wish the Couponizer book had inside was quick tabs so you could quickly flip to the section you want.
The Couponizer is a great system to get yourself organized to shop. There are sleeves for your loyalty cards for your favorite stores so you’ll never lose them again! It’d be a great for a couponing beginner or a couponer looking for a system to get organized. You should definitely check it out!

Each Couponizer system comes with 6 pieces:

  • The Couponizer booklet – measures 8″ tall, 6″ wide, 1″ deep (before coupons), 18 pockets for grocery coupons, 6 pockets for other coupons such as Restaurants, Retail, Rewards, 2 shopping pockets (Coupons to be used this shopping trip & Checkout), 3 loyalty card card sleeves, metal spiral bind, elastic closure strap, durable plastic covers.
  • 1 Shopping List pad – 20 tear off sheets/cardboard backing
  • 1 CoupTracker pad – 15 tear off sheets/cardboard backing for record spending and savings by store
  • 1 CoupStacker – pre-sorting mat used to organize coupons according to pocket when clipping
  • 1 Carrying Bag – clear zippered vinyl bag
  • 1 pair of scissors

And guess what? To celebrate Mother’s Day, they are giving away a Canvas Mini Tote FREE with each Couponizer ordered so Mom’s can enjoy a really nice tote bag for their coupons!   The deal is only good from 4/27/12 to 5/9/12.

  1. I like that stacker Idea I don’t have a system for clipping and thats a great one I clip them all then put away. All jumbled till I sort and put away this would save me so much time.
