This was the first bread recipe I found that worked gluten free. For the first couple years it was my sandwich bread, side dish and more. It's simple and easy and tastes great! You can use it with dips, turn it into pizza crust or cheesie bread!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup White Rice Flour
  • 1/2 cup Corn Starch
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix all ingredients thoroughly
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and grease lightly.
  5. Spread dough mixture over the aluminum foil evenly
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until the bread is browned.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares

Alternatives
  • Brush with olive oil and garlic and top with cheese for some pretty fantastic cheese bread!
  • Top with sauce cheese and your favorite toppings and bake for 20-25 minutes for a quick pizza
  • Eat with your favorite dip - I love using it with Dill Dip
