Just Bake, Lift and Serve - It's that Simple. Buy 1 Set, Get 1 Set FREE - $19.95 + S&H By now you may have noticed that everything goes through cycles - everything in life, pretty much. This even applies to your coupons and each item you use in your house. Have you ever noticed that things run out at the same time? Your body wash, your cleaners everything! So you run to the store and pick up everything - before coupons you would go get everything you needed, and depending on where you went it would cost anywhere from $30 - $100. I noticed this while I was in college, everything would run out at once! Soap, toothpaste, cleaners, swiffers, etc. I would have to go out any buy it with the few last dollars I had in my account. I quickly learned to buy enough for a few months at a time. I would take my financial aid refund and go to Costco and Sam's Club and make sure that I got everything I need for a few months. I would still run out towards the end of my semester and still would have to go out once or twice to get things at full price. But even at the discount price at the warehouse stores, I was overpaying. Now using coupons I have started my small stock pile. This keeps me from running out of anything for several months. The prices I pay on the dollar are extremely discounted compared to even the warehouse places. Does that mean I use every coupon that comes in for items I use? No, not at all. But why not? Isn't that why we get the coupons? Yes we get coupons to save money, but guess what - they go in cycles as well. As you continue to coupon you will see the same coupons, with close if not identical values cycle through every 4-6 weeks. If you don't have the money to get everything right now, you don't need to rush out and get everything you have a coupon for. Make sure you have the items you need for now - if you are set for the next month start collecting your coupons. When things are starting to go on sale, and are items you need - get a few. Get a few items here and there, so you wont need to rush out ever month to get a new item. You will start to notice a difference in how you shop - you will pick up items every few months that will last a few month. Instead of buying enough for a month. But the amount of money you are saving is a lot better than the once a month shopping trip. Now I go down to the shelves and grab an item off them instead of a trip to the store. We're set on items for at least a few months. So start to watch your items you use the most, find out what your items cycle is and figure out when you should start purchasing to extend the cycle of need. Watch your coupons too - so you can take advantage of them for your own items. |
