That's right - I've run off! I'm off to the great North country for a few days. I'll be tweeting different parts of our trip along the way - that is as long as I have service. Did I mention I'm going north... way north?
So what would you make if you were sent a cooler full of delicious salsa? I had one idea, something I'm still going to make later - but my boyfriend had another idea: Southwest Chicken Pasta. A local restaurant stopped making his favorite meal so I set off to recreate it!
As always, my recipes are gluten free, but it can be made with regular products as well.
As you all know, I'm gluten free. So when I get a review that isn't gluten free - I have a helper. My boyfriend jumps in - cape on and says "I'll do it!". Ok, so maybe without a cape, but he's a more than willing participant when it comes to food!
Farm Rich sent me two free product coupons to try their products and review them. Now, I have to say at first I had a problem finding them. I searched all over Meijer and I couldn't find them. I think there was a sale that week - there was nothing left on the shelf. A few days later they were fully stocked!
It's here, it's here! I love getting my Julep Maven box each month! And this month is super cute too. Since the 4th of July is right around the corner they've included an extra nail polish this month. Plus the 2 nail polishes we expected and some cute lip gloss!
I consider us very lucky that we can "hop the border" any time we want to go shopping or have dinner. It's nice having the option to just take a short drive and be in another country. Not many places in the United States can say the same thing.
I have noticed a change to some of the coupons coming my way that say "In the U.S. Only", and I will admit that I'm more than a bit intimidated to try couponing on the other side of the river. The prices are different, the stores are different and I wouldn't even know where to start.

So I asked a few other bloggers to share some of their favorite posts with us! Earlier this week Patricia from My Randomness shared a post on how to make a memory book from your Kid's cards!
Tonight we have a recipe shared from Suburban Coupon Mom! Don't they just look fantastic? I'm going to have to work on making a gluten free version of this :). Let us know if you make it!
